Dr. Japhet Omaye is a development and business strategy professional with over 20 years of experience building organisations, partnerships and initiatives for sustainable social impact. His work spans organisational development, resource mobilisation, business development and community-based solutions across Nigeria. As the founder of ELSOPHI Global Development, he has experience taking initiatives from the ground up and building the systems, partnerships and resources required to sustain and extend their impact.
